Common questions about rodent removal

Do you use chemicals?
We use EPA-approved products that are safe for kids and pets when used as directed (which we always do). For roach + ant treatment we typically use targeted bait gels that are highly effective at the colony level but minimally toxic to humans. For mosquitoes we use IGR (Insect Growth Regulator) compounds. We can also do organic-only treatment by request — it's slightly less effective but completely chemical-free.
Will the treatment work?
Most general pest issues are resolved within 7-14 days. Termite prevention is ongoing (monitoring stations). All our work comes with a satisfaction guarantee — if the pest comes back within the warranty window, we come back free.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Never. We don't believe in monthly auto-billing contracts that don't deliver. Our annual plan is opt-in (you can buy it or not). Most of our customers use us for as-needed work or quarterly preventive — without contracts.
How do you handle wildlife?
Humanely. Squirrels, raccoons, opossums get trapped + relocated (or one-way-door excluded). Honeybees get relocated via local beekeepers. We don't kill healthy wildlife — that's both unnecessary and bad practice.
Do you offer free inspections?
Yes — for termite + general pest issues. We come, inspect, identify the problem, and quote what fixing it costs. No obligation. If you decide to move forward, the inspection cost is credited toward the job.
