Do you charge for the inspection?
Never. Roof inspections are always free — for new customers, past customers, and after any major storm. You get a 20+ photo report and an honest assessment, with no obligation. If you decide to move forward we credit the inspection time toward the job.
Do you knock on doors after storms?
No. Ever. If somebody comes to your door after a storm claiming to be from Front Range Roofing, they are not us. We don't door-knock and we don't pay door-knockers. Our work comes from referrals and the phone — that's it.
How does insurance work for hail damage?
We file the claim with documentation, attend the adjuster meeting on your behalf, and supplement if the initial pay-out misses items (which it usually does). You pay your deductible — that's it. Anything we tell you that suggests otherwise is illegal in Colorado and you should walk away.
How long does a full re-roof take?
Most Denver homes are 1–2 days for asphalt shingle, 3–4 days for metal, 4–7 days for tile or slate. We schedule based on weather windows — when we tell you we're starting, we start. No delays from us.
What warranty do you offer?
Workmanship: 25 years on asphalt shingle installs (lifetime on materials via GAF Master Elite). 50 years material warranty on standing-seam steel. Hail/wind separately covered by your insurance, and we'll re-inspect and re-file any future claims as part of our long-term customer service.
