Do you really quote on the phone?
Yes. Tell us what you have (or send photos) and we quote on the phone before any truck rolls. The phone price IS the final price for the items we agreed to.
How fast can you come?
Most calls get a truck dispatched the same day. Phone before noon and we'll usually have you scheduled for afternoon. Emergency cleanouts (move-out tomorrow) typically handled within 4 hours.
What CAN'T you take?
Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, batteries, asbestos), tires (special facility needed), refrigerators with refrigerant must be properly drained (we coordinate). Most other household items are fair game.
Will it go to landfill?
About 40% of what we collect gets donated to charities. Another 20% recycled. About 40% genuinely needs disposal. We sort everything so you don't have to.
Do you do estate cleanouts?
Yes — with care. We photo-document important items before removal so executors have records. We coordinate with attorneys + family members. Most estates done in 1-3 days.
