Test water chemistry, balance pH/chlorine/alkalinity/CYA, brush walls, skim surface, vacuum or check robotic cleaner, empty skimmer + pump baskets, inspect equipment. Photo + chemistry report sent to your phone. All standard chemicals included in monthly price.
Do you do equipment repair?
Yes — most repairs same-day with parts on the truck. We diagnose first, quote the price upfront, and you decide before any work happens. Common repairs: pump motors, salt cells, filter cleaning, heater diagnostics.
How fast can you start service?
Most new customers get a free assessment within 1-2 days, with first service the following week. Emergency green pool recovery is faster (often same-week).
Are you licensed for chemical handling?
Yes — Florida Pool Contractor License FL-PCC-2011-148. All weekly techs are CPO certified. We carry $2M liability insurance.
Do you work with snowbirds?
Yes — many of our customers travel May-October. We handle reduced summer service, vacation prep, pool closing/reopening, freeze response, all of it. Just tell us your schedule.
