Do you charge by the hour?

Most jobs get a flat price per item, based on photos or a quick look. Longer lists can book a Honey-Do Day: 8 hours of work for $699 flat, with common materials and cleanup included.

Do you send subcontractors or day laborers?

No. Everyone who works in your home is a Southside employee, trained by Dale and covered by our insurance. You'll often see the same tech on every visit.

How soon can you come out?

Most jobs are booked within the same week. If a door won't lock or something leaves the house unsecured, tell us and we move you up the schedule.

Can you replace a faucet or garbage disposal?

Yes, for straightforward swaps: faucets, disposals, flappers, fill valves and toilet seats. If we find a leak inside a wall or at the main shutoff, we'll tell you straight away that it needs a licensed specialist.

What if something isn't right after you leave?

Call us. If a repair we did fails or doesn't look right, we come back and make it right at no charge. Most callbacks are handled within a few days.
