    Calvin or Daniel walks the yard with you, checks sun, slope and drainage, and listens to how you want to use the space.

    A plan, itemized in writing

    Plants, materials, labor and cleanup, line by line. Bigger projects get a scaled design, and the design fee is credited to the build.

    One crew builds it

    We text before we arrive and send photos at the end of each day. If something changes on site, we stop and re-quote before we go on.

    30 days of follow-up

    We check back while new plantings settle in, adjust watering and walk the finished yard with you.

Do you have a contract?

Each season you get a written service agreement with your schedule and prices. It never renews on its own. If you don't want to continue, you simply don't sign next year's.

What happens to the design fee?

It's credited in full toward your install when you build with us. You get a detailed plant and hardscape plan with a cost breakdown, so you can see exactly where the budget goes before you commit.

How long does a patio take?

A simple paver patio is usually a few days on site. Larger builds with walls, steps and planting run a few weeks. Your quote shows the schedule before you sign.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. $0 down and 0% APR for 12 months on projects over $1,500 through our financing partners. Pre-qualifying takes about 60 seconds and doesn't affect your credit score.

What if it rains on install day?

We move to the next available day and text you the new time. Most rain delays are rescheduled within 2–3 business days, and we never lay a patio base on saturated ground.
