Do you ask for a deposit?

No. We don't take money up front on any job. You pay when the work is done and you've walked through it with us.

Which paint do you use?

Premium lines from Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore, chosen for the surface: scrubbable finishes for hallways and kids' rooms, flexible exterior coatings for Kansas City's freeze-thaw winters. The exact product is written on your quote.

How long does a job take?

Most single rooms take a day. A typical whole-house exterior takes 4–6 days, and cabinet refinishing about 5 days, with the doors sprayed at our shop.

Do I need to move my furniture?

Just small and fragile items. We move and cover furniture, protect floors with drop cloths and put everything back when we finish.

What does the 5-year warranty cover?

Peeling, blistering or flaking caused by our workmanship, in writing, for five years. If it happens, we come back and fix it at no charge. Deck stain carries a 3-year finish warranty.
