How is soft-washing different from pressure washing?

Pressure washing uses 2,500–4,000 PSI water and suits concrete, brick and other hard surfaces. Soft-washing uses 150–300 PSI plus a cleaning solution, for siding, stucco, roofs and pavers. Using the wrong one damages the surface.

Will pressure washing damage my house?

Only if it's done wrong. We use 4,000 PSI hot water on concrete driveways and low-pressure soft-wash on everything else, so no stripped paint, failed window seals or blown-out paver joints. It's in the written guarantee.

How often should I have my driveway cleaned?

Every 12–18 months for most San Diego driveways. Sooner for busy households or heavy oil staining.

Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning solutions?

Yes. Biodegradable solutions are available if you ask in advance. They cost slightly more, but they're safe for landscaping and ocean runoff.

Are you insured?

Yes. $2M general liability plus full workers' comp. That matters whenever high-pressure water is being used on your property.
