Common questions about landscape design

Do you have a contract?
We have a written service agreement for the season but no auto-renewal. Each spring we send your schedule + pricing and you confirm. If you don't want to continue, you don't have to sign anything.
Can I get the same crew every visit?
Yes — that's our standard. We assign a 3-person crew to your house for the season. Unless someone's out sick or on vacation, you'll see the same faces all year.
How often should my lawn be mowed?
Weekly during peak growth (April-June and September-October) and bi-weekly during slower months. Most Louisville customers do weekly all season for consistent look.
Do you offer organic-only options?
Yes for fertilization and weed control — slightly more expensive but works well for families with kids and pets. Tell us in advance and we'll quote both options.
What if it rains on my service day?
We push to the next available day and text you the new ETA. Standard service window is usually re-scheduled within 2-3 business days.
