Do you charge a trip fee?
Not if we do the work. Our trip fee is waived the second you approve any quote — even the smallest fixture repair. If you decide not to move forward, you pay the trip fee and we leave on good terms.
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes. After-hours calls roll to our on-call plumber's cell. Emergency rates include a flat after-hours dispatch fee — still less than most after-hours services charge per hour. We don't surge-price on weekends or holidays.
How long does a typical job take?
Most drain cleaning, fixture installs, and water-heater swaps are done in under 3 hours. Whole-home repipes run 2–3 days. We text you a 30-minute arrival window the morning of, and call when we're rolling.
Do you offer financing?

What if something goes wrong after you leave?
Call us. Workmanship is warrantied for 12 months on repairs and lifetime on installs. If the same problem comes back within the warranty window, we fix it free — parts, labor, and any drywall/finish damage caused by the original issue.
