Marco started Capitol City in 2006 after a decade with one of Austin's big plumbing outfits. He kept seeing the same thing — homeowners getting hit with surprise charges, vague estimates, and parts they didn't need. So he started his own shop with three rules: answer the phone, quote in writing before you start, and pay plumbers on flat rate (not commission) so nobody's incentivized to upsell. Today we're a 7-person crew. Every plumber is licensed, drug-tested, background-checked. Marco's wife Erica runs dispatch. We show up when we say we will. We tell you the price before we start.
