FAQ

Common questions

How is soft-wash different from pressure wash?
Pressure wash = 2,500-4,000 PSI water. Soft-wash = 150-300 PSI plus cleaning solution. Pressure wash for concrete, brick, hard surfaces. Soft-wash for siding, stucco, roof, paver joints. Using the wrong one damages the surface.
Will pressure washing damage my house?
Only if done wrong. We use 4,000 PSI hot water for concrete driveways. Low-pressure soft-wash for everything else. No paint damage, no window seal failures, no paver joint blowout. Written guarantee.
How often should I have my driveway washed?
Most San Diego driveways every 12-18 months. More frequent for high-traffic homes or those with heavy oil staining.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes — biodegradable cleaning solutions available. Tell us in advance. Slightly more expensive but safe for landscaping + ocean runoff.
Are you insured?
Yes — $2M general liability plus full workers comp. Critical for any work involving high pressure water on someone else's property.
