Ben Holloway started Crystal Clear in 2013 after 7 years with one of Seattle's biggest national window cleaning chains. He got tired of corporate pressure to upsell add-ons that customers didn't need, and tired of seeing helpers sent on jobs that needed an experienced tech. So he started Crystal Clear with three rules: every tech is a W-2 employee (no day labor), every quote is in writing in advance, and every job includes a written streak-free guarantee. Today we're 10 strong including 4 certified IWCA (International Window Cleaning Association) techs. We are the company you call when you want windows that actually look clean.
