What Athens neighbors say

★★★★★

"Water heater died Sunday morning right before we hosted brunch. Called Capitol City at 7:30 — they had a new unit installed and tested before noon. Price was exactly what they quoted on the phone. Won't use anyone else."

"Had three different plumbers tell me I needed to dig up my whole front yard for a sewer issue. Marco from Capitol City showed me the camera footage, explained the trenchless option, and saved me $8k. Honest people, real expertise."

"We own a coffee shop in East Austin and our floor drain backed up during morning rush. They were there in 35 minutes, fixed it, and didn't charge me extra for the Saturday call. These are my plumbers for life."

Quick answers

Do you charge a trip fee?
Not if we do the work. Our trip fee is waived the second you approve any quote — even the smallest fixture repair. If you decide not to move forward, you pay the trip fee and we leave on good terms.
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes. After-hours calls roll to our on-call plumber's cell. Emergency rates include a flat after-hours dispatch fee — still less than most after-hours services charge per hour. We don't surge-price on weekends or holidays.
How long does a typical job take?
Most drain cleaning, fixture installs, and water-heater swaps are done in under 3 hours. Whole-home repipes run 2–3 days. We text you a 30-minute arrival window the morning of, and call when we're rolling.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — through GreenSky and Wells Fargo Home Projects. We offer 0% APR plans on most larger installs, plus fixed-rate financing for longer terms. Apply in 60 seconds from your phone, no impact on your credit score to check eligibility.
What if something goes wrong after you leave?
Call us. Workmanship is warrantied for 12 months on repairs and lifetime on installs. If the same problem comes back within the warranty window, we fix it free — parts, labor, and any drywall/finish damage caused by the original issue.

Got a leak? We can be there in 45 minutes.

Real plumbers, real trucks, real prices. No call-out fees if we do the job.
