Yes — $2M general liability + bonded + workers comp on every employee. Every cleaner is also background-checked + drug-tested before hiring.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers leave a key, code, or door buzzer access. We text confirmation when the team arrives + when they leave.

What do you bring vs. what do I provide?

We bring all chemicals + tools (vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, microfiber). You provide laundry soap if you want laundry done, and toilet paper if you want bathrooms restocked.

How quickly can you start?

Most new customers get a first cleaning within 1 week. Same-day service available for emergencies (move-in tomorrow, post-illness clean, etc.).

Amelia Carter started Pristine Home Cleaning in 2010 after 8 years with one of Chicago's biggest national cleaning chains. She got tired of watching the same homes get a different cleaner every visit, with no continuity and predictable quality drops. So she started Pristine with three rules: same 2-person team assigned to each customer's home long-term, full background checks + bonding on every cleaner, and no subcontractors (all W-2 employees). Today the company is 32 strong with 14 active 2-person teams. We're the company you call when you want a clean home you can stop thinking about.
