Do you charge for the diagnostic?

$89 if you decide not to move forward. Waived if you book the repair, the install, or the maintenance plan. Most calls turn into work.

How fast can you actually get here?

Central Phoenix: 45 minutes during business hours. East/West Valley: 60-90 minutes. After-hours emergencies (June-September): 60-75 minutes regardless. We text you a live ETA.

Do you offer financing?

Will you try to sell me a new system?

No. We make money on repairs and installs. If your system has years of life left, we tell you. If you're putting more into repairs than the unit is worth, we show you the math.
