How fast can you actually get here?

Central Phoenix: 45 minutes during business hours. East/West Valley: 60-90 minutes. After-hours emergencies (June-September): 60-75 minutes regardless. We text you a live ETA.

Do you offer financing?

Will you try to sell me a new system?

No. We make money on repairs and installs. If your system has years of life left, we tell you. If you're putting more into repairs than the unit is worth, we show you the math.

What brands do you work on?

All major brands: Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Ruud, American Standard, York, Bryant. For mini-splits: Daikin and Mitsubishi (the two that hold up in AZ heat).

Daniel Cruz started Comfort First in 2008 after a decade with one of Phoenix's biggest national HVAC chains. He got tired of watching homeowners get sold $13k systems they didn't need because the technician was on commission. So he started Comfort First with three rules: every tech is paid flat-rate (not commission), every quote is in writing before any work, and the owner answers the phone. Today we're 14 strong — 6 NATE-certified technicians, all bilingual (Spanish), all on payroll. We are the company you call when your AC quits at 9pm in August.
