Do you do emergencies 24/7?

Yes. Trees on houses, trees blocking driveways, dangerous lean situations — call us 24/7. We typically respond within 60 minutes for emergencies during business hours, 90 minutes overnight.

Do you handle insurance?

For storm damage claims, yes. We document the damage, file with your carrier, and supplement if needed. Most claims fully paid out — homeowner just covers deductible.

What's an ISA-certified arborist?

International Society of Arboriculture certification — the industry standard. It requires significant field experience plus written exams on tree biology, identification, pruning practices, risk assessment, and care. We have 6 on staff.

Will you try to sell me removal when pruning would work?

No. About 30% of our quotes recommend pruning instead of removal. Saves the tree, saves the customer money, builds relationships.

Do you do stump grinding only?

Yes — we'll come grind stumps from trees someone else removed. Bring us photos + measurements for a phone quote.
