"Spring snapped at 5am as I was leaving for work. Called OverHead at 6:30am, they were there at 8:15am with the right spring on the truck. Door was working in 45 minutes. Made it to my 10am meeting."
"New garage door after a car bumped into ours. Got three quotes — OverHead was middle on price but had the only honest assessment of what we actually needed. Installed in one morning, looks better than the old one."
"Used OverHead at 4 of our rental properties over the past 6 years. Communication is the best in the trades — text updates, photo confirmations, clear invoicing. Tenants always happy."
"Annual tune-up for 8 years now. They've caught spring weakness early on three separate occasions — saved us from emergency calls each time. The $169/yr plan pays for itself many times over."
"Got a new Liftmaster + WiFi opener — they programmed my Tesla HomeLink, set up MyQ, and walked my wife through the smartphone app. Above-and-beyond service."
"Off-track door from a kid running into it with a bike (somehow). Pete and team had it back on track and working in 90 minutes. No frame damage despite the impact. Lifesavers."
"Commercial garage door at our restaurant. Two units. OverHead's maintenance plan keeps them running smoothly. When we DID have a panel damage in a delivery accident, they replaced it in 4 hours."
"Insulated garage door upgrade dropped our garage temp by 18° in August. Our laundry room (off the garage) is now bearable in summer. Best home upgrade I've done."
